We do not have a committee or a small group of people “in charge.” ISA churches have sovereign rights to run themselves in accordance with established or chosen methods.
Here at Littleport, the congregation has the final say. Rev Nick leads the ministry, but the members run the church; they propose, we dispose! This is how we have found a happy balance, and of course, a happy medium!
Of course, there are some jobs that need doing regularly, like leading the Healing, Booking the mediums, and keeping Rev Nick on his toes, so these are some useful and familiar faces to look out for if you are visiting us for the first time. Rest assured, they will introduce you to the rest of the team. The people are the church and of the church!
Ideas and directions come from all who attend the church, there is no small special group; everyone is the special group.
